Loving our greenspace.

Hunslet Moor Park, in the Beeston area of Leeds, is a large, long green space managed by Leeds City Council. It serves as the main public space for thousands of local people.

We wanted to have more say on how our park was managed and to give back to the community that values it. So we formed the Friends of Hunslet Moor, a resident-led group, to have that voice and work in partnership with the Council.

We ensure the voices of residents and park users are heard, and we also run community events to bring everyone together.
